I know this is for the shifter when it folds down.....my truck doesnt have the work surface so it's never folded down

I use it for my knife and it will fit a large Chick-Fil-A fry but what is its main purpose??

Usually, I pour a few ice cubes in there and some Hi-C, obviously you gotta use a super long-ass straw for this type of mission. ? ?

during the winter months its not even worth trying to keep it clean!

I have that interior cleaner booger thing from amazon, I'll go use that and update with pictures

Under that mat in the bottom, is where you can insert your key to start the truck. I had to do that once: wife in car so kept it running, key in my pocket, went into a store. Truck would no longer recognize the key when I came back. Called dealer, they told me about this spot to stick the key in. Did so, and that fixed it.

Holds a midsize glock pretty well in a nice ready position when you don't have it on your person. For those of us with and who use the work surface, best to not make a habit of storing anything in long-term.
