I have been using the generator mode for my camping excursions a lot lately. I have noticed moisture leaking out of the front of the muffler (see attached video), but had not noticed previously- likely because most of my trips have been in a wooded setting and this trip was next to the ocean on a paved parking site.

My question is if this is normal? Have others experienced this or do I have a defective muffler?

They actually drill the hole there at the factory.

I have same thing as you assume it’s normal? It doesn’t smell or feel oily

Uh, yep…..that’s normal condensation from the exhaust
figured just not used to it. In front of that in another part of the exhaust same thing - but there’s a very visible hole you can see water coming through it.

There's several weep holes in the exhaust for water to drip out. Helps to alleviate both rusted out exhaust as well as try to minimize what's blowing out of the exhaust under acceleration. Lots of water coming from the exhaust and is working as intended.
