I got the same email today. The day before the dealer said it would arrive around Feb 8th. (Blend date was Jan 17th). I just emailed my dealer asking for an update.

Dealer just got back to me and said the truck is still listed as In Production, but secondary status is "Sent Offsite". No additional details yet.

For reference I ordered 2024 F-150 XLT 302A PowerBoost, FX4, Silver w/BAP, 7.2 KW propower.

I just talked to dealer and he is telling me he is getting this now on a lot of the orders. The problem is we know how this works. The ones getting done now end up being the last ones to actually ship.

I just got an update email from Ford saying mine will be built during the week of 1/29.

The status website shows mine is already in production. Also, the window sticker just became available.

Anyone know how long it usually takes to get to the dealer once the build process is done?

Ordered my Ford on 12/4 got my order confirmation on 12/19 and talked to ford customer chat and there are no delays on my truck but I’m still in order confirmed. Wish this process was more transparent seeing as I need the truck by April.

If you haven't gotten a schedule date yet you should probably start making alternate plans. I *think* they are scheduling the last week of March currently so even if you were in that week, ain't no way you'd have it by April.

Is it possible that the secondary status saying "sent offsite" could mean they had to send it to their other building to add the spray in bedliner, PPF, or something else you ordered that wouldn't normally be installed on the assembly line?

Looks like its affecting XLTs all the way up to Platinums.
Take your pick of whats causing it: HUD, 3.5 engines, PB, BAP trim etc.

I have visions of thousands of trucks missing dashboards trims and maybe engines sitting in a lot dry rotting somewhere.

Think I'll just keep an eye out for dealer stock somewhere. Last time this happened the trucks missing parts and chips were the last ones to be shipped out

I sent an email to Chip @ granger, he stated that mine was completed but sent off-site for the spay in bedline.r, then come back for a final check before being to the KC storage area for shipment to Iowa. So probably another few weeks. So if you ordered like me, might be time to bug your dealer if it looks to be stuck as mine seemed to be, because those ford email updates are not very informative.

My "In Production" and "Last Updated" just got "1/22/2024". Sounds like it's actually being produced now ? ? No Window Sticker link yet, but the space is there for them to add it.

First time straying away from the silver for me. Exited to waste a ton of money on it! Haha
