Turn Signal Cameras???

none of my forscan stuff got changed from the impa update, i checked this afternoon when i made the new changes. so i assume it was on the mother ship server???
thinking back, the bad battery was causing all sort of stuff to fail to load or load wrong
my seat wouldn't always go back to #1, weird stuff like that
my MY instruments kept changing 2 today , but they settled now to stay in my preferred layout
eng temp, trans temp boost and fuel
it was defaulting back to eng, oil pressure trans and fuel



and as a side note
during my forscan changes this afternoon,
when i was done i ran the data live feed on forscan to see what battery wad doing
it read at 86 state of charge and volts 13.8 0

normally the volts stay right at 12.6 or so until the bms says charge then it jumps to 14.7 or so
but never have i seen it at higher than 12.9 with SOC at or above 80 %
maybe the ipma had some battery charge system small adjustments?

live data stream in forscan you can monitor EVERY item , although more than 20 can cause issues with the program.
but i usually watch SOC, volts, temps etc .

No, these features won't come until 7.x unless you have FDRS can perform the updates.

I guess I’ll wait for 7.0 I’m still waiting for 6.8 hopefully in another week or so I just got 6.5 last week

I had the dealer update the software for my IPMA on my 22 302A and... NOW I HAVE TURN SIGNAL VIEWS!!!!

Of course they said the software update wasn't going to do anything for me.

You've got the BC 1.4 software stack now as well, assuming you have assist 2.0 (CCM), less the features. Just stays engaged slightly better.

I do have assist 2.0. Is that why the lane centering works so much better?

Yes, you're now running with the 1.4 software stack if you've got the latest IPMA update. Did you verify it? PM your vin.

If the feature is working, they had to have done it. What's funny to me is how they told him the update wouldn't do anything for him.

Edit: Then again, it's not their fault since dealers have yet to be advised about it.

I have an appointment with the dealer for a recall and some other routine service work. I have a 2022 PB Lariat 502a with 360 view. I do not have Blue Cruise. If I tell them about my battery issues (wink) and ask them to update the IPMA, and they actually do it, will that get me the turn signal view when I turn on the blinker. Is it a setting that I would have to activate if it even is available?

If they do it, you will have to make some FORScan changes to turn it on. Easy enough to do. The thing is, the IPMA has nothing to do with the battery and that update takes 3 hours assuming no complications. I would not have high hopes that they actually do it, but you can try.
