So the mouser one looks similar to me. If you notice there is a white piece on the front in the picture, that piece is the "lock". To remove pins, you have to pull that out away from the connector. You don't have to remove it all the way, it should just pop out, might be a mechanism on the side.
If you don't care about the old connector, you could probably remove it all the way, to give better access to the smaller locks on the individual pins. You need a straight dental pick tool, you will probably want one that is fairly thick, not skinny so it doesn't bend as much. Then you kinda pull on the wire gently and lift the lock and slide the wire out.
One at a time and put it in the new connector one at a time. Be sure they all go back into the same cavity on the new connector as the old one. When they are all in and locked into their individual spots, you press the front white piece back down to lock them into place. If it doesn't go in, you may have some individual pins that aren't fully seated, so verify and try again.
Edit: you can also bend a curved or bent dental pick tool straight to make it work. It should be a metal pick. They probably sell those just about anywhere or even at mouser under a different name.
