@DrivinTheTruck Got your message. Your truck is consistently reporting these codes. The lost comms and ethernet failure codes between the GWM and the TCU are without question a problem. The TSB calls for an update to the GWM, however, you do not show any pending GWM updates and OTA history shows you got 10.1.1 which is the latest TCU update which means you should also have the latest APIM software. I say this because it that is the case, you SHOULD be on the latest GWM software. From what I can see, your GWM is on the GAN strategy which is not the same software I have on my 2021. Give me a bit to look into this further.

Not sure what that red symbol is; I assume the analytics server since it is the only thing that reads disconnected? You can try disconnecting the negative cable from your battery for 20 minutes. Seems to fix most of these silly problems recently.

I knew it was the Ford Analytics uploader symbol but as long as it happened to another member I’ll probably let it fix itself. Eventually I’ve got to play around behind the back rear set anyway since my AC 120V plugs stopped working in the cab and bed.

I wanted to chime in since mine was red too, everything else is green and FordPass works fine. I did disconnect the battery for 30 minutes just to see but nothing changed so I will monitor for the next several days.

I think it came with this update on 9/5 for me. That’s when I noticed it went red.

Could be. It does seem like a got a similar OTA a week or so ago but I can't remember what was what because I have 3 Ford's that get updates. And all 3 have received updates very recently.

I used to pay more attention to these things back in 2021/2022 because there were more high impact updates. But at this point all of my vehicles are behaving well. Predictable and stable, in other words.

I'm guessing there are LOTS of trucks with RED, if they actually enabled the diagnostics?

Surprised the gurus haven't come up with a hypothesis at this point. Of course the mad scientist is absent recently, and the brainiac has gone EV on us.
