2021 F150 XL 5.0 RWD when slowing down to make a turn the steering hesitates briefly as if it was hydraulic steering and low on fluid. Anyone experience this?

Do you have lane centering on? Or other nanny features? My 2024 F150 drives me nuts with the wildly variable steering feel. I'd prefer it have a constant feel that responds the same way every time. I've done my best to disable all the features and leave them off.

^ This.. Lane centering/assist can definitely be the cause of this. I hated how it all but kills the steering wheel feedback as well as it's constantly telling me to keep my hands on the wheel even though they are but I just have not had to move the wheel for a few seconds...

I haven't experienced the dead steering feel and use acc and lane centering at every opportunity but I came to a different conclusion.

The system is so good, it is doing exactly what I would do, hence, it feels no resistance from me.
