Thanks for confirming this! No issues with mine on 21297, it appears to have all the latest features (Alexa, in-dash CarPlay navigation, etc.) but I was still curious if mine was missing out on any updates.
No Updates available. They do ship newer builds with newer versions. Your truck has the latest available for it at this time.
Yes that is a very good version of software also. I would be very happy with that one. There are a lot of behind the scenes fixes in it.
All Job 1 now have 22095 Available.

Can you look up my vin too. I just took it in for the trailer brake recall. I hope they did the correct update. As for the Sync 4?I’ve never received an update. The version and revisions are blank and I can’t toggle auto updates on. Not sure how to private you though.
The trailer brake recall is NOT out for anyone. Please hear this it is not out for anyone! I will post a thread when it is! Anyone that says they got it or have it or whatever does not!

I misread your post. I read it as you had taken it to a dealer. You are actually at square one. You would need all the updates. Its quite few. You can try to wait on OTAs.. but your truck is actually showing no connected data at all. Does your ford pass funtion?

yes. Ford pass is connected I use it most morning for remote start, I get my journeys sent back to me, alarm alerts.

So I brought my truck to the dealer today, they finally received the part I was waiting for. I'll also throw in an oil change and tire rotation (first one. No, I did not change my oil at 1000 miles and I'm not even at 5K but I have a very long road trip ahead of me that involves some towing). My advisor asked "anything else"? I said my SYNC says no updates are available but I read online that there are issues with downloading updates and I don't know if the "no update" is a result of an actual no available update or because SYNC simply can't determine if there is one and/or downloading it.
He just called me, said everything is done, but there is an update (contrary to what I was advised here) and it usually takes hours so he will update me tomorrow (that's fine, I have a loaner).
My question is - I know OTA updates usually take long time, but aren't dealer updates done with a USB or other type of direct connectivity? If so, why does it take hours?
