shopping for suspension kit to get rid of the front rake stance and improve on-road handling. some popular choices may not suit for Powerboost due to the heavier front. show me your suspension setup, need to get some ideas where to look. thanks in advance.

AIRLIFT AIR BAG INSTALL. BOUGHT ON AMAZON, https://www.f150gen14.com/forum/threads/show-us-your-powerboost-suspension-mods.18303/

I did the install myself, 68 yrs old and took the better part of 2 days, taking my time. The hardest part was starting the to bolts of the air bags on my back and blindly feeling around. I did not use a electric pump, just a air inlet on the bumper near the lic plate. 2021 F150 XLT powerboost and be sure to read all the instructions. I had bolt left over and OPPs found they were optional with a call to the tech support people. No room for torque wrenches, use you strength and judgement for that. https://www.airliftcompany.com/

Do you have the CCD suspension on your truck? It'll determine things that we can or can't do!

Nothing extra by way of factory installed suspentions. Just enough with the AIRLIFT to take the squat out when towing my travel trailer.

How is the unloaded ride quality now sir? I think AirLift sells a 5000lb set as their lowest rated option and I'm concerned about reduced travel and a jarring unloaded ride.

I’m on my 3rd iteration for my ‘21 PB suspension setup and currently ordering my 4th suspension to fix the current issues. For reference I daily drive my truck but tow trailers of carrying weights a few times per month and have a slide in overland camper that causes serious squat issues. I originally started with the timbren suspension system. Essentially larger bump stops that allow for some articulation of the suspension but stops it early from bottoming out. This worked great if I had the camper on but unloaded it felt like I was getting kidney punched. I then changed to the airlift 5000 ultimate. Once again, nice while loaded but still felt like my truck was punching me in the back even with small imperfections on the road surface. Recently changed to the airlift 5000 (without internal bumper). This setup has more articulation with the factory suspension before bottoming out, so a little more comfortable but because it mounts to the axel and not the suspension/springs it buttons out hard. Even small bumps in the road suck. Adding more air just makes the suspension more stiff or sticks the rear even higher in the air. I’m not happy with the unloaded performance.

I’m currently purchases the readylift Readyair helper springs. These attach over the stock suspension and allow for full travel without acting as a large bump stop. I’m hoping to have it installed in the next couple of weeks, and hoping it fixes the unloaded rough ride I’ve been running into.

I just let all the air out, and the ride is OEM. Simple solution to what I thought what u did.

You describe my exact concern. The air suspension limits the distance the axle can travel away from the frame and removing bump stops concern me the other direction lol. ReadyAir I found interesting but I can't confirm they work yet on my PowerBoost. I think the HVB module or fuel tank is in the way. Something like that.

A bit more analog, and requires a few seconds/minutes of your time to "tune", if you are wanting to dial it in for changing Payload state.

But it's one way to skin the cat.

I called Readyair last night and their tech assured me it would work, but that I would need the CCD frame attachment and headlight leveler relocation device. Their YouTube has a couple powerboosts with their setup, so that gives me some faith it works.

Exactly what my next mod is going to be. Any issues with the install on your PB? Did you get the SD or HD model? Black or white disk for tension?
