i'm leaning toward NOCO 5 for the cost and my need. yours is NOCO 10, do you know if 5 can be mounted outside the truck like you did with 10?

The dealer updated software on two battery related modules, they believe it was a software issue. They checked main 12V and auxiliary battery, both are good.

What are the pros and cons of onboard and external chargers? I’m leaning toward external for easier installation or no installation at all, I can just hook up the charger and fast charge the battery to it’s optimal charge if the vehicle in battery safe mode again.
