Roadmaster Active suspension in a long bed

It certainly indicates there information stamped on the bracket.
I'm guessing we will need to take one off the truck and get full disclosure?

Looking for a format matching a Ford part #
Something like xxxx xxxx xx

I was able to get this off the passenger side. The drivers side was incomplete due to being ripped off. Looks like I'm going to have to walk into a dealer, unless anyone knows where to find these online ?

Change the xxxx-5A967-A and you find ride height adjusters galore.

I guess I'm fortunate that with CCD the height sensors are hidden and out of the way of RAS.

Wouldn't be surprised if the actual module was the same. But the mounting bracket would likely not be, and that's what is taking the damage

Wow glad I finally saw this thread and checked mine. Guess I now know what that squeak was coming from lol. I just removed the bolt and flipped it around so the nut is on the outside and no more noises.

I had the squeak come back on mine while hauling a heavy load of rock, despite flipping the bolt.

Instead of taking them off and shortening the shackle length near the axle as recommended by RAS, I just took a cutoff wheel and removed an 1/6-1/8th of an inch from the bracket:

did you flipped the bolt with the RAS installed and tensioned? Or did you have to lift the truck, untension the RAS, then flip the bolt?

I jacked the truck up and backed off the tension a little but not all the way. If you do it that way you’ll need a punch to get the bolt out all the way and then a pry bar to align the holes back up to get it back in. Took me maybe 30 minutes to do.

I also have RAS on a 6.5 bed and do not suffer any noticeable vibration.

That's why I removed the RAS. It was interfering with my hooligan music. LOL
