Greetings,
I would like to request a look up on a recent update from yesterday that failed according to my Ford Pass app. The update pertained to monitoring the driver and reducing false indication of driver not paying attention. App indicated truck would attempt to update at next scheduled time; I set my truck to apply updates at 3:00AM each day, as applicable.
This is the first update I’ve received that has failed, as far as I know. I’m aware of the 12v battery issues, and I do have the original battery. I’m retired, so don’t drive much, but I always place the truck on a battery tender.
My truck: Job1 2022 Limited with a manufactured date of 01/2022, chip hold for three months delivered on 05/12/2022.

To date I’ve had no issues with truck, so this failed update caught me off guard.
