The phantom updates seem to have disappeared, but I'm still having audio issues with my B&O Unleashed system.
Don't get me started on BC 1.0. Can't wait for any update that makes it stop hugging the right line like it was it's best friend in the world.

Last power-up update you got was 6.4.0, so you aren't terribly behind. Not sure what to make of the audio issues. Your truck is not reporting any codes related to the audio system. That can be very difficult to diagnose.

I see no indication of any recent failed updates in your OTA history. Last power-up update you got was 6.5.0, so you aren't too behind, either.

I don't have FDRS access right now, but based on the Sync version you're on and what PTS has showing pending, I would say one weekend will suffice, but plan on dedicating the entire weekend to the process.

TCU update 6.4.0 was sent to you about an hour and a half ago. It is sitting in queue waiting for you to start to the truck for it to hopefully download and install. If you have access to the truck, go start it and check for updates. Let it run for a few minutes and that should be enough to get it to go through.
