Ok, everything is fixed on Ford's side now. You won't see anything different on your truck, but you're good to start getting updates now or update it yourself if you decide to take that route. You are now showing a GWM update available that wasn't there before, so to may get lucky and get your 1st OTA soon. There is no way to predict when an update will be sent to you, but the connection between your truck and Ford's servers is now officially fixed.

I'll be embarking on a cruise in a few hours, so if you have any other questions, I'll still be around for a bit to answer them.

My truck received its very first OTA update this morning (Power-Up 2.1.0) successfully so that's a very good sign that they're working now. Really appreciate your assistance!!

You have quite a few showing.....Mongoose & FDRS time I think.

PTS is alsos showing that on Jan 5th OTA failed.

I set it for scheduled updates last Sunday AM, could you check for me please and see if anything changed?

Ah good timing, I was just about to re-up mine for a few days since I actually have time now and I'm pretty certain a OTA update that went through on Friday just broke my remote start HVAC controls...

You're good on OTA, nothing in the queue and last successful was BCM on 1/9/24.

You have plenty of other updates that could be done via FDRS though.

Well, I just looked and I have the HVAC update available, so I might give it a go for that reason. Funny thing is I guess I haven't got a OTA since earlier in the month and thats it, 23-PU1113-UNX-DC on 3/6/24. My remote start heated seats and wheels just quit working around last Friday/Saturday, so not sure what the deal is. Might just try a good old batter disconnect for a bit and see what that does also.
