  6. Wet rag smell every time

    Anyone know a way to eliminate the wet rag smell? Every time I turn on the AC I smell it. I’ve replaced cabin filters and that helps but it doesn’t do away with the smell when I first turn on the unit

    I received the Ford letter about this issue.. my issue is instead of rolling the dice why can't they just replace, re-torque. my local dealership, wants to evaluate the vehicle (half day) to determine whether my vehicle is affected by this or not.

    on the PB, intake noise yes, exhaust? eh... but I don't mind the black tips... gonna get one.

    sorry for the late post, after 3 days, the dealer was able to update the software. no more error messages. they had to reach out to a Ford Engineer to accomplish the task.

    my truck is at the dealer because of the error messages. no solution and will need to wait till Monday to see if they can do anything.. Love the truck, hate to not be able to drive it on the weekend.... is there a number to call to speak to someone at Ford?
