I see nothing different. I still can't pull the connected data on your truck. I am not sure why. Once you start doing updates and you update the TCU, lmk and I will check again.

Hi - my first post, with a request if you will please. I would like to double check my FDRS modules are up to date (I believe I did it all correct?) and to double check my OTA updates are all current (at least current with my modules?) thank you in advance. 1FTFW1ED3MFC50443

Last OTA you got was 6.1.0 on 10/19 and nothing has been sent to you since. PTS is showing you have no modules pending updates and you're on the latest Sync version. If you fully updated yourself which is seems like you did, do not expect any OTA's any time soon until something new gets released.

@Murph38 Your truck is fine in terms of software config and is ready for the next OTA whenever the mothership decides to send it. You've just had crappy luck with the OTA process queueing you up for an update. Your truck is fine.

Evening everyone. I’ve been having an issue with my truck audio where when I turned it on the speakers were blasting just on and off static that wasn’t affected by the volume controls at all. Even turning off and on didn’t fix. Then eventually there no sound whatsoever and my volume wouldn’t change from displaying 0 on my screen.
After trying soft resets I did a reset through the settings menu which wiped all my stored data (which I figured) but I can’t see any of my previous update data anymore and in the FordPass app it’s treating me like a new customer. The speakers are currently working now at least. Can someone run my vin and see if there’s anything popping up?

Your truck is not on the latest Sync and you are not showing any APIM, GWM or TCU updates. I would like to check your truck in FDRS instead of PTS to confirm this before I assume these is some kind of issue. Remind me tonight after 7pm eastern to check your truck again.

That sounds like the B&O pop followed by static issue. It has happened to many including myself. Ford released a DSP update some time back to address it. Your truck is showing a DSP update available. I would schedule an appt with the dealer and tell them what happened so they can do the update for you.

Thank you very much for the info and letting me know this has been a previously addressed issue that my truck needs resolving. I got a call from my dealer that they have my recall parts for the rear axle wire harness, so I’ll see if they can do that update at the same time. You’re the best!

I hate to keep checking, but it has now been over a year since my last OTA. On top of that, I've had several occasions this winter where my truck has gone into battery saving mode (to be fair it's always cold when it does it).

Nothing has been sent to you since last February. I don't have a good explanation as to why you aren't getting OTA's, but you can PM Jesse and have him take a look to see if he sees anything I don't see. That does seem like a long time, but Ford's OTA process is sporadic enough to where I would not be surprised if your truck is fine and you're just unlucky.

friendly reminder. That’s what I can’t figure out. I did all the available FDRS updates last week, then got Powerup 4.3.2 a couple days after, which seems like it’s way behind.

Last week I took my 2021 F150 Powerboost truck to dealership because I got an error that said "STOP SAFELY NOW" and truck wouldn't turn on. I feel like they didn't do anything to it and thought maybe you could confirm some how. I dont know what the issue is. Today my truck gave me the same error and I had it towed to dealership. Maybe you can send me screen shots or let me know what you think.

I got OTA 6.5.0 on 1/12/24. don't know why, but I haven't gotten anything since.

IIRC, @Snakebitten got 6.5.0 just about the same time I did, and got the next one (6.8.0) almost immediately, yet I haven't seen OTA activity of any kind since.
