Did you follow the steps on the first screen to get yourself access first? You can't just go directly to OTA Dashboard since Ford doesn't want you to get to that information for a truck you don't own.

I have the OTA dashboard in mine. You need to authorize your truck first to see it. The steps to do that are on the Vehicle ID screen. You will get a code emailed to you to confirm.

So it is better to just buy Rugedraw some beer on Friday so he keeps putting up with our VIN lookups? What is you PayPal account @rugedraw?

It's possible to see your own, but only your own. And probably not practical to do often because you'd be paying the $26 for every 3 days of access. I bought the three days mostly to pull some service manual maintenance procedures for the future. Though I did find an SSM explaining my random dead speakers are a known issue that engineering is working on, so that saved me a dealer trip for now.

On mine, the OTA dashboard didn't help much anyway. I got 6.1.0 a couple weeks ago, which is shows, but nothing else on deck for now unfortunately.

Last summer the code entry was broken. I kept getting codes emailed to me, but website would not do anything at all. Waste of my $26. Now at least I got a confirmation message and after weird hoop jumping I finally can see the OTA dashboard. It was not coming up just going directly to it after entering my code. ?‍

Well, we detoured the thread enough. Back to VIN requests for Rugedraw.

Reference TSB 24-2008 for SSN issue. First time I took the truck in, nothing was done and I was told that they were seeing a lot of modules having issues, which didn't make sense to them. They wondered if there was an issue with a common bus between them, called Ford for support. Ford never got back to them. I finally contacted the dealership owner and he scheduled the truck to come back in. This time after having it in the shop for a day, I was told that a module was updated and all is well, also that there are no open TSB, CSB, or Oasis open items now. Nothing about a bunch of modules failing. I am a tad skeptical over "all is well," but I am also the paranoid type. Can someone tamp down my paranoia?

I can only see the past 60 days of codes that your truck reports for the cloud, but I see no events recorded in regards to that TSB. Not sure what your concern is as this has not happened to your truck from what I can see in the recent history.

Btw: You have OTA 6.8.0 sitting in your queue as of this morning. If you have auto updates scheduled, it will try to install then.

I'm guessing the ability to access the PTS is not something I would be able to access, so thanks for your efforts. @fordtruckman2003, thank you for posting this for me. I'm changing the oil tomorrow...I had noticed in FordPass that the oil was about ready for changing.

Regarding the "only missing the 6.x.x updates"...is this something that will get pushed to my ride at some point? (and I do now own this baby, as of last Tuesday) How does this occur? I need to look into connecting my truck to my home wifi I think...it will reach the truck (or can I connect it to the hotspot on my iPhone?...is this how it will then receive updates or does Ford find a different way to push them?
