Hello @rugedraw .... have you heard of anyone getting the 4.3.x updates lately? They seem to have stop, or am I missing something?

Yes, they're still rolling out. As per usual, no rhyme or reason as to how they're pushed out, but it is being sent out. The last time 4.3.2 failed on my truck was 7/11.

I have PTS, but I don't know where to look for that feature code. If anyone can point it out to me, I'd be happy to check. This seems to have become a hot topic overnight.

Your truck does not have the FAJAK build code.

Just bought a used 2021 F150 Lariat and I'm unable to see anything about what Sync 4 build I'm on or anything. Any information would be wonderful! The picture is all the information I can see. I've tried multiple updates but they all say no update needed. I cannot use any of the camera while in motion and I do not have the full screen option for Android Auto and I have the latest Android Auto for sure. ???

Will someone kindly look up my update history? My VIN is 1FTFW1E88MFA07469 . My system has only updated one time in 2 1/2 years that I know of back in January when it updated to 1.4.0. This morning I saw the download sign on my screen. However under updates it still shows 1.4.0. and no Fordpass messages. The auto update screen no longer has a date but it allowed me to add one. But you can’t select the auto update toggle to on. Thanks

Sounds like you have the same issue I had. You'll probably have to get the Apim replaced. It's s pain dealing with the dealers. They had my truck for over 2 weeks before they ordered a new apim. They just installed the new one today so I'll let you know if that fixed it. @rugedraw can explain it much better.

I bought this truck new in May of 2021. Started hearing about full-screen Apple CarPlay earlier this spring. Made sure my WIFI was on and updates were scheduled, but nothing happened. After several trips to the dealer trying to explain the lack of updates, I finally called Ford Tech Support and they were able to convince the dealer to get me the updates. After several multi-day trips to the dealer, I got the full-screen CarPlay, but then the camera button in the middle of the dash wouldn't work. Now the camera button shows me what is behind me, but I can't tell which updates I have received. This might be the best F-150 that I have owned in over 30 years, but this update gizmo has me frustrated.
