Your truck has gotten plenty of updates and is sitting on 4.2.4 which is the latest Power-Up update for your model year. 4.2.4 was sent and installed back in May.

As far as Power-Up updates go, you are up to 4.3.3. I do not have FDRS to check what modules have pending updates, but as far as OTA's go, you are almost completely up to date.

I have been having strange issues with my truck. occasionally the windshield wipers wipe when truck starts, door chime goes to cluster speaker, nearly 1/3 of the time. i brought it in to the dealer, and they couldn't replicate it. I even got it to happen in front of the service advisor and he said there is nothing he can do unless it happens in front of a tech.

I would like to know exactly what they did, and what they said they did to check it.

Other truck owners who have recently received the latest IPC OTA updates have reported the door chime to the cluster, and your truck did get those updates recently towards the end of June. I have no good explanation for the wipers, though. If the courtesy wipe feature is off, that should not happen.

The dealer updated your DSP module and also updated your GWM which means you are fully up to date as far as Power Up updates go. That GWM update they did is the equivalent to OTA 4.3.5. They also pulled up a few TSB's in an effort to look for something that relates to your concerns, but that's about it.

The Explorer does not support OTA's and I do not have FDRS to check for pending modules, so I can't offer much help with this one.

The F150 shows 3.5.3.2 was sent to it in April and failed and mentions a rollback. The only time I have ever seen this was to @"Steve" truck. Maybe he can shed his insight on it as I don't remember all the details when he spoke to Jesse about it.

Does your F150 have full screen carplay/android auto?

Thanks for checking, I’m all good with sync updates on my truck. I should’ve specified that I am looking for FDRS updates.

I have auto wipers turned on and if I start truck I'll get a swipe of wiper if there is even a trace of dew on windshield from overnight. I usually have wipers off but that might be what you are seeing if you have that feature turned on.
