Kinda with ya there. Combine a great oil with an engine that runs 20-30% less than its counterpart = longer change interval. I swear the amsoil quiets the engine a little and smoothes it out a touch.

For those that are curious. Here's 3 samples since new.

Dealer has had my truck for two weeks for the sheared nut. Surprisingly to me both axles replaced and it'll clear the recall. Took Ford about a week to get the parts over to the dealer.

@Mrgogetah i figured out what it is. It’s the floating part of the axle assembly teeth that are shredding. I have attached photos from someone else.

I just noticed the exact noise on the passenger side. I can get it to replicate but cant find the source. On factory suspension and axle half shafts look good, im guessing its under the boot.
