You're on Sync 22294 which is pretty old. You've had APIM updates sent to you a few times including one just a few days ago, but it is failing due to some server issues on Ford's side. There is not much you can do but wait for it to be resent and hope it goes through next time.

I am on 22087 and have FDRS and a mongoose and would like to know how to get out of OTA limbo.
I have ESP and have spent 400.00 in deductibles trying to get it fixed at the dealer.

PTS shows you are on Sync 21233. Post a pic of the "about sync" screen of your truck please. Have you bought the FDRS license and plugged your truck into FDRS yet?

Ok, it seems your truck and the servers have mismatching data. Chances are, you still won't have any of those updates showing. When did you plan on trying FDRS again?

Ok, we have time. Remind me tonight to check FDRS for you. The data issue would have to be corrected by Jesse before you start FDRS. I know at this moment, he is helping another member out who has a HUGE problem, so we can revisit this before then. We will help you get your truck right.

OTA dashboard shows 6.4.0 was your last power up update and then a few PU updates before and after that one. List of modules pending updates is below. The SCCM is 6.5.0 and the IPC is 6.8.0.

FDRS thread covers that. $600 of stuff to buy and lots of hours.
You just bought the truck so it's very likely to just update on it's own as you drive it. The important thing to know is you are not missing features. Nothing new has been added for a long time to these trucks. I would in your shoes just ride out the OTA process.
