@Jesse-Infotainment were you able to check my vin 1FTFW1E88PFC11614 ?They replaced the control assembly advanced driver module because my parking sensors don't work correctly. They detect objects that are not there. They replaced two of the sensors, and it got better, but still doesn't work properly (now I get orange alerts instead of red alerts on the screen). Does my vin say anything? 1FTFW1E88PFC11614
In 13+ years I have been selling cars, the only time we'll pull the service records is if it is a customer in service is trying to trade out of his vehicle. Otherwise, it's a carfax check and visual inspection; maybe test drive if the vehicle is older/high mileage. On a side note, do dealers access the warranty service history of a vehicle when figuring a trade in value?
Well, you aren't too far behind. OTA history shows SCCM update 6.5.0 failed three times due to a manifest mismatch between Dec and Feb, but has not been resent to you yet. It is weird that the same update will fail multiple times with that error code. You can tell the dealer an update keeps failing and they will see this. No guarantee they will do it, but it won't hurt to try.would somebody be so kind? haven't had luck with OTA updates in a minute other than a GWM update

Just doing my part! Or trying too... my PTS just ran out last night so all up to you againMy boy Troy taking the burden off of my back. lol
@Kanonprop That particular OTA requires wifi to install. Get your truck hooked up to wifi to give it a chance to go through.
Funny since it is common to hear that detailed service records are important to get good trade value. In 13+ years I have been selling cars, the only time we'll pull the service records is if it is a customer in service is trying to trade out of his vehicle. Battery looks really good in your truck. Failed due to a software mismatch.@rugedraw Good afternoon - My truck tried to install 23-PU1009-SS-NS and failed. Could have a quick look as to why? I suspect it will be low battery SOC

No OTA in queue. OTA dashboard is below. Can I get a PTS check, when someone has a moment?

The usual suspect; poor battery stats. Capacity is at 44 of 80 and charge is at 54%.Can someone please look to see why mine is failing? Was doing great, they were coming every couple days. Just came back from a trip and it installed 6.8.0, then the next day it started failing on one and I haven't been able to get it to install.

Thanks!
That would explain the error code. It was trying to install what was already installed.@rugedraw - I just finished updating the truck with FDRS about 30 min before I got this notice. I probably installed the update that the OTA was trying to. I was out when it came through. When I got home I had a look and the BCM and PCM were both showing errors. I cleared the BCM error with FDRS, but the PCM would not clear.
Thanks! I'll go out and throw the charger on it. I'll never understand the charging in these things, I drove it for like 45 minutes yesterday and thought for sure that would have been enough. The usual suspect; poor battery stats. Capacity is at 44 of 80 and charge is at 54%.

It maybe would have been enough had you started the update as soon as you parked. Leaving it overnight sitting gives it a chance to drop off again. Thanks! I'll go out and throw the charger on it. Yeah, I tried when I parked and it wouldn't start the countdown. Here in an hour or so I will go reset the BMS and see if it will installIt maybe would have been enough had you started the update as soon as you parked. Leaving it overnight sitting gives it a chance to drop off again.
