Thank you. I have auto updates on but I don't think they are working. The status says not complete and no other updates are scheduled. I am not able to do any manual downloads via Sync. How can I force these uodates?

One way and one way only: FDRS and a Mongoose. Otherwise, you are fully dependent on the OTA process.

Your OTA history is blank in your case.

Everything is back to normal. The OTA failed a few times due to low battery conditions, and then the update was canceled by the server. No reason is given as to why it was canceled.

Can you please lookup my 2021 F150 OTA updates. I have had the truck for 6 months, came from Canada, and it always shows no updates available. I would be curious to see if there are any errors. I think I might have a battery voltage problem.

No OTA history and the Sync tab shows your Sync version as blank. What sync version is your truck on? Actually, post a pic of your "about sync" screen. I see a dealer performed a module repair process and APIM update on your truck in March of 2023. I need to info on that screen to ask the guru to check for any config issues.

Edit: Last OTA that was sent you was 2.6.0 and it timed out before it was able to install. You are very far behind. I recommend going the FDRS route and updating it yourself.

I continue to have ongoing voltage issues with my 2021 Lariat. Previous OTA have failed, system routinely goes into Deep Sleep and Auto Start/Stop only works in the truck has recently been on trickle charger. Upcoming routine service needs to be scheduled, looking to know if there is anything outstanding or pending that continues to contribute to the issues so I can flag it.

PTS shows you no OTA history for your truck, either. I just check my own truck, and the OTA history is blank, too. Maybe the reason OTA dashboard could not be pulled is because Ford wiped OTA history completely? Maybe it sill isn't working right? I can't tell, but without the update history, I cannot check to see why it failed.

PTS shows IPC OTA 4.3.2 failed many times due to a manifest mismatch. This is a common problem with this update for a lot of trucks including my own. The good news is, your OTA history shows the failed updates so hopefully that is enough to get the dealer to do it for you. No low battery voltage codes are being reported to the cloud. That doesn't mean your battery is 100%, but that is not the reason that update failed various times.
