after the second Hybrid Drive Unit replacement I've not had any reoccurance of the problem. I've put 1400 miles on since the second replacement.

Does it happen in certain gears? I had a vibration happen in 8-10th gear. The hybrid drive unit had to be replaced.

Well, this didn't last. I have had the hybrid drive unit replaced again. This time Ford advised to do a valve job on the transmission then replace the hybrid drive unit. This is approx $10k for the drive unit.

This is not aging well. It's as bad as before or worse in high gears.

Still a slight vibration, but much less than before. This is noted in the TSB, so for now I have to live with it.

I took my 21 PB Lariat in this morning for this issue. The vibration occurs mostly in 8-10 gear. my local ford dealer found TSB 25-2383 and applied this. I need to drive more to be sure, but for now it seems gone.

just received it myself, but no issues afterwards since it sat overnight.

My loaner 2024 XLT PB had what seems like BC 1.2. BC worked like my 2021 but the loaner had automated lane change capability.

I put on the same size ridge grapplers as factory. The weight is almost the same. If there is an MPG difference I don't notice it. In the summer months I average ~20MPG. The tires are noisier than stock though and the wet weather grip is terrible.

Right side bolt sheared off. Ford replaced it. A recall notice came out earlier this year and since the right side was already done they did the left side only to call me back and said they had to replace the right side again to get paid by Ford Corporate. Now I get this recall again.
