heyo. may i see my pending module and ota history screens? ive had two or three phantom updates show up/scheduled in the last however many weeks, but never get a complete notification. i know that was a thing. i think it did 6.5 and then the mirror campaign, but no 6.8 or 6.13 movement. wonder if i need to force the ipc. thanks. 1FTFW1ED8MFB55506

Thanks for the ad. New to the forum and new to Ford Sync updates. I bought a used F150 and hoping to get some help with FDRS. I get the auto update messages but don't think it's updating properly. I'm on revision 915, which I assume is way behind. Can someone please look up my vin to see if I'm getting hung up somewhere

That OTA failed and expired back on 11/20. The message you are seeing there is old and can be ignored. Nothing you can do but wait for the OTA to be resent to you.

Can you please lookup my 2021 F150 OTA updates. I have had the truck for 6 months, came from Canada, and it always shows no updates available. I would be curious to see if there are any errors. I think I might have a battery voltage problem.

Appreciate the add.

I continue to have ongoing voltage issues with my 2021 Lariat. Previous OTA have failed, system routinely goes into Deep Sleep and Auto Start/Stop only works in the truck has recently been on trickle charger. Upcoming routine service needs to be scheduled, looking to know if there is anything outstanding or pending that continues to contribute to the issues so I can flag it.
