Sorry to be the bearer of bad news and I wish I would have been wrong, but the dealer that replaced your APIM should have done the PMI as I thought. The good news is, @Jesse-Infotainment can fix it. Do you have FORScan?
I don’t have FORScan, what are my other options?
Go to www.forscan.org to download the software. Then, register in the forums there as that is the only way to get the free license to use FORScan. You will also need a USB flash drive formatted to exFAT. Fixing your truck will be a process that requires several steps. First, the magic man will need to remote into your computer using TeamViewer to make some FORScan adjustments on your APIM. He will then make a custom-tailored USB update to get your APIM up to the correct software version it needs to be on. Once your APIM is updated, your truck will eventually sync up with Ford's servers (this can take weeks or even months). Once that happens, you will start getting OTA's.

If I wanted to buy it, I could get it for our cost which is MSRP of $113k or somewhere around there. I can afford the payment, but I refuse to pay $30k in interest charges based on current rates. Not wise to buy it cash either. I'd rather keep money in the bank seeing that there is a possible recession about to hit. Car sales are down.
You don’t need to register in the FORScan forums to get a free short-term license for FORScan. In fact, you can’t register in the FORSCan forum without paying for an extended license because you need an invitation code, which they send you in an email along with your extended license activation code.
When it comes to what Jesse does, I always recommend things the way I do because I am not sure if what he needs to do requires the beta version or not. So, to streamline the process, I tell people to create an account so if the beta version is needed, the license is already there and all he has to do is run the installer for the beta version to get to work.
That makes sense. If he only needs to make configuration changes then the free version is fine. If he’s sideloading software into individual DIDs, then you have to have Beta.
