We had a lady come in this week and traded in a brand new Raptor R for a Defender V8. Mind you: I love the Defender.....probably my favorite JLR product. But a Raptor R? I took that thing out for a spin yesterday, and holy balls.......what a machine!!!

Modules pending updates are below. Your truck is on an old Sync version from 2021 and has no OTA history showing at all. I looked a little deeper and see a dealer replaced your APIM a year ago. They did not PMI the new APIM and while a PMI is not always needed, I suspect your truck did and is now in OTA limbo due to config issues within the APIM since FDRS is not showing any APIM updates for you and you are several versions behind. I would need a pic of your "about sync" screen on your touchscreen to have the resident guru check if my suspicion is correct.
