@rugedraw - thank you mate - I am amazed on what you can see on my truck . I reset the BMS manually (5xbrights, 3xbrakes in accessory mode) and took it for a 30min drive. Will the DTCs you saw for low battery voltage clear up by themselves if the reset worked? Frustrating part is I took it into the dealer a week ago about the issue and they said yep battery low and they said it just needed a charge. Nothing about DTCs

Oh well that is good. The BMS reset though may help overall. Thank you for the support u give everyone in this forum. Hope the house repairs on the other half of the house are going well mate!

Ouch. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but Sync 20301 is old software from 2020 known to break the OTA process. It does not look like your truck has ever received an update and probably never will without dealer intervention.

Schedule an appt with your dealer and tell them your truck has never gotten an update. The need to manually update your APIM using the process outlined in Ford TSB 22-2402 or diagnose your APIM as faulty and replace it with a new one. If you can get that done, you sill start getting updates.

@rugedraw - I just had a look at my truck to make sure Auto Updates was on and checked the updates....
It shows

Ford power up not completed referencing 22-PU-1009-PPO-SI. Could you have a look and see what failed please?

Last OTA you got was an APIM one a month ago. You got all the 4.2.x updates, too. The updates you're missing will come sooner or later. I don't think you have anything to worry about.

Thanks...maybe will do a hard reset on Sync. See if it clears.

Edit; I tried hard reset - still showing this error. Because it was a PCM update - may need a PCM update to clear it. Also, as this was a Pro Power update, which I do not have, that can be the reason as well.

If you have audio issues, the DSP and latest APIM seems to have fixed my weird audio pop sounds when using any camera view. I did DSP months ago and APIM came in OTA.

I would install them all in your shoes just to take advantage of having the subscription. Less waiting for the OTA version to come in.
