You had 2.7.3 sent to you about 2 weeks ago, but the update failed a few hours later before it even attempted to download the files. The reason for the failure is unclear as the error code reads:
Nothing has been sent since 3.5.3 failed on 2/8. No OTA in your queue at this time.

No OTA recorded since September of last year. You are on Sync 22177 which is not ancient, but you are quite a few updates behind.
Buy it with no hesitation as far as updates go. This truck is on Sync 22294 which is the latest for a 2021. It has bluecruise, full screen capability, and all the other goodies.
You were sent 3.5.3 on 1/25, but as has happened to many, it timed out after two weeks of not being able to download the files. Nothing you can do but wait for them to resend it.
Your latest Sync version has not synced up with Ford's servers yet, so I can't see which one you're on. I see you did and APIM and GWM update, so if you were on 3.5.2 before, you are up to date now. If your touchscreen says sync 22294, then you are up to date as far as Power Up updates go.
Thanks for the info Rugedraw. I went to check and it is 21146 Rev 145. I bought a mongoose and wanted to make sure it was worth $50 if there were no updates needed. The updates they did improved the brakes and made the steering a little lighter.
