Yeah. So that must be it. Different pathways. I never got 3.5.3 at all and had full screen before 22293.I can confirm 22293 with 3.5.3 enabled full screen IOS CarPlay.

Your truck has not recorded an OTA in 26 months and you are on Sync version 20301 which is a red flag that your truck is stuck in OTA limbo. You need to schedule an appt with your dealer and tell them you haven't gotten an update in over two years. They need to manually repair/update you APIM or diagnose it as faulty and replace it with a new one.I recently got a 21 and was hoping someone could look my vin up please?

2.6.0 (which is an old update) was sent to you on 3.5 but it failed due to a software mismatch. By any chance, did you or your dealer manually update the truck at any point in time?Would someone be able to check my VIN please. 1FTEW1EP1MFA60467.
Been in contact with ford about not receiving updates for quite some time. Over a year now I think. They had me reset ford pass and set it back up. Supposedly this cleared whatever blocked it last time it failed to update. They said I would get 1 or 2 updates by the end of March. Which didn't happen...
Now they just want me to go to the dealershil and reference TSB 22-2404.
Thank you. No manual updates. I don't know how to, and I haven't been to the dealer yet. IVT person reached back out to say they're talking to engineers to see what else they can find out on their end before me going into dealer.Your truck has not recorded an OTA in 26 months and you are on Sync version 20301 which is a red flag that your truck is stuck in OTA limbo. I am not sure what they did with your truck. It shows the updated a few modules on 3/27 including the IPC. Then on 3/28, they attempted and IPC config and PMI which both failed. These are procedures associated with replacing a module. Not sure why they would update your IPC one day and replace it with another one the next day. It also shows they tried multiple times to run module repair processes on your APIM/TCU which also failed several times. I would message @Jesse-Infotainment if he doesn't see this with your VIN to get his opinion. If your truck is on Sync 22177, it is not fully update to date, but I am a bit confused trying to figure out what the dealer was trying to accomplish when your truck was there.I would appreciate if someone could look up my VIN on FDRS. Just purchased 2021 F150, the dealership kept it for a couple extra days because I noticed the software was not up to date, they said that everything was updated but still has the same SYNC version 22177 Rev 473.
Thanks in advance

Yes, you got the trigger for 3.5.3 a few hours ago. It hasn't started downloading the files yet. Hopefully it goes through for you as this particular update has been a PITA for a lot of people to go through. Finally received an update, 22192 REV 498, but still quite outdated. Anything more on the way for: 1FTFW1E81MFA81610
Thanks for the info. I’m tempted to add my name to the mongoose thread and update it.Must be because of different pathways. I used FDRS, not OTA, to update my APIM in September, October and December—the last update brought it to 22293/22294. I don’t recall the interim Sync versions but I know I had full screen CarPlay before December so it couldn’t have been 22293 that unlocked it.
Not a bad idea to at least get on the list. If you get what you need OTA while waiting, you can always asked to be removed. Thanks for the info. I’m tempted to add my name to the mongoose thread and update it.
