Power-Up 6.5.0 Installed

I’m a new owner.. Where are folks seeing these 6.x.x version numbers? When I go to About SYNC… I see 23045_PRODUCT Rev 731. I go to software updates and don’t see anything new

your latest version of powerup should be there

while in the software area set up an update schedule.

Is the unreal graphics part of one of these updates? I got 6.4.0 last week and I see some differences with icons and such. Looks a little better, especially outside android auto.

The 6.x.x or whatever version number of ota will only be displayed in your truck and in Fordpass for a short time after receiving the update, it will clearly be displayed in Fordpass after receiving an update for 3 to 4 days after. It can also be view on the trucks screen for a week or two after the update. As the forum members receive updates they report them, typically under a new thread, then we all have an idea as to what's coming to our trucks. Some of the members here are in Ford's EA or early access program, they typically get these updates first and are first to report them on the forum. Then we all wait for that ota to come to our trucks. If you haven't received an update recently you really won't know we're your at in the system.
If you look at the spreadsheet on the first post of the link below the OTAs have been cataloged. And based on this you'll know where you're truck is at.

Unreal theme is a forscan change you would have to make yourself. It is not part of any OTA.

I didn’t notice it either till my wife said something about it happening till when I was outside the truck with the fob and shut the door to run into a store.

100% standard operation.
I see all that every time I step out of truck with it running. I do that at least once a week. Keypad will lock up doors standing outside with fob.

If yours was doing something different you might have had other changes done in Forscan but I'm not aware of anything that will disable those alerts.

If you noticed a difference I think you are only one. Several complained about the temperature font change for those with climate control but that is only change I've seen mentioned. Those of us with standard UI didn't notice anything. ?‍

Weird, I’ve always had the pop-up window and it would make 1 or 2 dinging sounds but now its that that new tone.

One change I’ve noticed since the update is the new annoying alert when you get out of the truck with the key while it’s running.

Ok, @Skier167 Santa showed up a few day's early for me. 6.8.0 just installed. I can't wait to check out the new annoying beep when I stop for coffee tomorrow morning on my way to work! Now I'm waiting for your 6.13.0 thread so I can start the countdown again. ?

Edit, I was off on that. Yeah that temp font is going to take some getting used to.

I got that little bell icon on the the top bar and I got so excited I’d be getting 6.5.0 that I scheduled the download for an hour after I parked. I came back and I didn’t see an update. When these fail, does FordPass get an update failed message?

For 6.5 & 6.8, the real update will give you the update now button, otherwise it’s just a phantom

6.5.0 and DOR-UP2 came for me 7-10 days after 6.4.0
