Taking 3 1/2 hours to charge 11 percent. It would be faster to tow it to a chargerA couple of years ago I recommended to the Wyoming Highway Patrol that they look at getting a few of these setup to charge stuck motorists along the interstates...
Got the concept... but in the depths of winter when tow trucks are at a premium, or far, far away, being able to right there and then plug in and give them enough charge to get to a safe place could be worth its weight in gold!Taking 3 1/2 hours to charge 11 percent. It would be faster to tow it to a charger
Great idea in concept though
damnit. You’re right. You need an adapter that will be 240v, that plug is only 120v. Look at your generator screen, it's only using one of the inverters.
The second plug will get you two 15amp connections to charge at 15amps each. Not 30 each, that would be 60 amps. Here is what you need to charge 1 Tesla at 30A 240V

You could charge 2 Teslas at 30A 120V each with this

still will only give you 30 amps total. You will not be able o charge each car at 30amps. You would need to set your charger to 15amps. Best to just charge one car in a pinch.Plug the first adapter listed into your truck. Then plug the second adapter listed into the first adapter.
