The best solution is to get a 240VAC cable. The Tesla will take what its programmed for. Remember they have the battery to pay attention to. The most you can get out of the truck is 30a at 240VAC. Also remember that the charging current will taper off as the battery charges above a certain point in their programming.

Will this work???
Try this party trick sometime:
I filled up my 2022 PB in Hebron,OH and drove over to Rockville, MD (355 miles). While I was there, I simultaneously charged my son in law's Nissan Leaf and his wife's Hyundai IONIC. Drove all the way back home and used less than 40 gallons of gas.

There are two ways to charge a battery: Constant current and Constant voltage. The constant current charges faster as you can go up what ever limit applies and stay there. Above a certain state of charge constant current can damage a battery. Then, commonly, you shift to constant voltage where the current into the battery tapers off as the state of charge rises. No idea how Tesla has programmed their charging strategy.

I have this adaptor that I use on our 30A travel trailer. It only pulls from one leg, so it's a maximum of 3600 W, according to the pro power screen in the dash. In November, when I was camping, I was using the furnace and hot water heater, and when I tried using the coffee maker, the PB tripped and shut the power off. The screen showed the same thing as in the photos from OP.

I would like to find an adaptor than can pull from both legs. Anyone know if this is possible?

Tesla only pulls what their programming says is healthy for the battery. As I mentioned above there are two ways to charge a battery. If Tesla chose 23 Amps, that is most likely the maximum they want to be shoved into the battery over time. Maybe the chemistry or there may be some physical reason in battery construction. In large flooded cell lead acid batteries the charging reaction generates gasses (H2 & O2) that will spall off active material from the cells if the max charging rate is maintained too long. So they limit constant current charging after a given point in the charge, shifting to a constant voltage charge (which then tapers off).

check the reviews for that adapter, one guy modified to provide the second leg. Remember the standard is to only pull 80% of the available power, that is the limit based on NEC rules. The charging is a continuous load so the charger will only pull 80%.

Keep in mind you can make your own adapter.
