  1. My (simple) Dashcam and V1 mounts

It is designed to be baked in the sun. I have V1G1 and now G2. Never had issue with sun killing it. I live in TX. NEVER use windshield cover. Surprisingly rear detection still works. I am sure not as good but it tells me when I pass a signal.
  2. Tonneau cover for my new PB

Why does neither fold up completely against back cabin glass to give you full access to bed??
  3. My (simple) Dashcam and V1 mounts

Equipments: Valentine V1G2 and Garmin dashcam 47. V1 attached to top of dash via 2-sided 3M tape. Garmin 47 attached to center speaker grill on right side (does not block speaker) via Velcro so that I can take it on/off as needed to access the SD memory card (located at bottom of device). The...
  4. Powerboost 7.2kW Powering House - My Home Setup and Hurricane Beryl Power Backup Experience

Yes, both truck and portable generator are compatible with Generac. In fact, both use the same cable.
  5. PB to Lightning

This is so far ahead of everyone else.
  6. PB to Lightning

Call me weird. :) I guess that i appreciated the FSD because i witness something that is so far advance that is a gamechanger. Just like i love my Ford truck because of the generator! Generator on a truck, like FSD, is a gamechanger.
  7. PB to Lightning

    never owned one.
  8. PB to Lightning

Brand new design. Ground up. Sure there will be issues. First gen issues. BUT, those panels were recalled and now fix. Ford never had a recall? Ford and other OEMs also use glue and adhesives for their panels. What generation is F150 that we have? 14th? And yet we still have recalls...
  9. PB to Lightning

Oh come on…watch the video again by JerryRig. There was nothing that can be peeled by hand. :D And then watch the FOLLOW-UP video by that same guy when he visited Tesla repair shop and see the design that went into CT. CT rear end design is actually Impressive. The thought that went into it...
  10. PB to Lightning

Very true. I apologize for derailing this thread. But not so long ago, people thought that it was blasphemy to have small displacement turbo engines instead of big displacement V8. And not so long ago people thought that the world was ending putting hybrid tech into anything other than a...
  11. PB to Lightning

Sure there are issues with CT. CT is not really a HD truck. But it has a higher payload than most 1/2 ton. I certainly would not tow regularly with it…but then again i would not with my PB either with its anemic payload. If i am towing 8k+ regularly, then i will be on Ford HD forums. I...
  12. PB to Lightning

Exactly. Tesla AI is literally learning every second of the day with tons of data being poured in from every Tesla. In fact, Tesla in China is learning how to drive super aggressively by watching other drivers! :D
  13. Powerboost 88 vs. 87 Octane

87 all day and everyday. I am at 58k miles on my 2023 PB. Still running smooth.
  14. PB to Lightning

FYI. My BC1.4 is set at 2 bars. My point is that when it changes lane and the car in front of the lane that i am changing to slows down, BC goes bananas! Disengage everything, beeps the hell out of me! Scares me so much that i have to scan the front dash for anything about to explode! Out...
  15. PB to Lightning

I too have been using BC…probably LONGER than you. Just saying. BC 1.4 sucks on the highway. It changes lane…sure…but then if a car approaches too fast or car in front slows down, it disengages AND loud beep that can wake up a dead person! Next time, drive into the sun…BC1.4 will sweve into...
  16. PB to Lightning

Sure…but FSD is hard to develop. Test drive one. I double dare you. :D
  17. PB to Lightning

No phantom braking? I have Blue Cruise 1.4. It sucks. Badly. And yes, it phantom brakes occasionally as well. And crosses lanes! If you think that LIDAR is the answer…then see Waymo doing stupid stuff on Youtube.
  18. PB to Lightning

FSD is here…literally. Go test drive a new Tesla. Simple as that.
  19. PB to Lightning

My 2023 F150 PB Platy was around $82k new…now $45k at 50k miles. Just saying……. 12.6.4 is for old Tesla with HW3. That is what i meant. Test drive a new Tesla with HW4 on FSD 13.x.x. You will be blown away.
  20. PB to Lightning

FYI. You are WAAYY outdated with Tesla software. FSD 13.2.9 is the latest. And yes, FSD is available on Cybertruck. You tested a Tesla with hardware 3 (AI3). Go look on YouTube for FSD 13.2.9 on Model Y or 3 or X. It is flawless in city and highway driving. FSD on Cybertruck does lag...
