I assume you clicked on service and then vehicle health, scrolled down and your seeing nothing. Correct?at least it shows your truck..mine stopped showing location, and any oil life or tire pressure
on both vehciles
We r 'merica, resistance is futile. As a Canadian Fordpass user now when I select Canada and try to login it only has American address options with no Canadian province selections. It only showed America service dealers also. Wtf?
Trust me I would love to leave this psychotic run country. Canada is slowly becoming a third world country ?I assume you clicked on service and then vehicle health, scrolled down and your seeing nothing. Correct?

I feel your pain! Was this intended for @ReverendQ ?Trust me I would love to leave this psychotic run country. Canada is slowly becoming a third world country ?
Yeah, the new update really sucks now. No zone lighting, no owner manual(I can't look up anything while I'm at work if I need), no trailer light check, no fuel level, no generator monitoring, I can no longer view my extended warranty. But, great, I no longer have to hold down my finger for 3 seconds to unlock, yay. Y'all really know how to screw things up. There was nothing wrong with it in the first place.Hi F-150 owners! If you recently updated your FordPass® app, you may have noticed it looks a little different. We are pleased to share that we have rolled out a newly designed app.
It is easy to use and efficient, reducing the number of steps it takes to access functions to help you better manage your vehicle remotely. Also, instead of having to hold down a button to turn the vehicle ‘on’, this is now a simplified slider.
Additionally, if you have an Apple Watch, along with lock/unlock and remote start/stop, you will also be able to use the following features from your wrist:
We are also continuing to improve in-app experience with this latest version. If you notice a feature you previously used before is no longer there, don’t worry, the feature can still be accessed via your in-vehicle touchscreen.
- Activate horn and lights remotely
- View vehicle location
- View fuel level and range, for gasoline-powered vehicles
- View fuel level, battery and range, as well as total combined, for hybrid vehicles
We love to hear from our owners so let us know what you think and if you have any questions about FordPass!
Please note: FordPass® App, compatible with select smartphone platforms, is available via a download. Message and data rates may apply.

The joke will be on @Ford Motor Company when people get annoyed at paying more money for a truck with less features and just buy a truck from a different company. You'd think as the F150 is the #1 selling vehicle in the country, they'd want to ensure the owners are happy and want to come back. Maybe it won't matter in the long run, but as of now I wouldn't replace my truck with another Ford.Jim Farley playing a joke on all of us with this update.
At least give us the option to roll the revision back if we want to! Yes, the slide to start is nice, but not worth losing everything else like the trailer light test among many other things. Why did you eliminate oil life, tire pressure and zone lighting? All 3 of these are what I used, so your new update just got rid of what I used.Hi F-150 owners! No zone lighting, but oil life, tires, and mileage, along with alerts are still there. Why did you eliminate oil life, tire pressure and zone lighting? All 3 of these are what I used, so your new update just got rid of what I used.
There must be some inconsistency across apps because I also see estimated mileage left under the oil life percentage. No zone lighting, but oil life, tires, and mileage, along with alerts are still there.
Android at least
