I was gonna wait to see how my worn down Duratracs would do when the snow flew but got the itch.....tire shop had the KO3s in.

Half hr and 2k later off I went.

Stock size.....275/60/20

I've heard BFG run a little narrower than other brands and it sure seems that way,but that's all right.

Ride incredibly well and are very quiet compared the the wore down Duratracs.....and they look pretty good.

Balanced perfect too.

Nothing bad to say really 3xcept the price of shit nowadays 🤪

I suspect the KO3 set will get my vote when my Pirelli set wears thin

I put the KO2’s on before I took delivery of my last three trucks. Previous ones got 75-80k miles before replacement. When I wear out the set on the ‘25 I’ll probably buy the KO3’s. Heard good things about them.
The value of confidence while driving in bad weather makes me forget how much they cost.

I ran K02s on my last F150 and my F250 always a great tire. Will be on my short list when I replace my Goodyears.

I was about to pull the trigger on these the other day as well, but ended up going with the Toyo Open Country ATIII. They get mounted this friday. After about 30K miles on my KO2's they are shot and were always horrible for wet pavement traction (which I heard is improved in the KO3's). I really wanted to go with Nokian Outpost nAT's but the size I wanted only came in an E rating or P metric. Truck looks good!

Everything is pricy.....Duratracs were a bit more,Falkens about the same.
So pick a tire I guess.
Duratracs I had to resipe after 2 winters.....won't have to with the BFGs(siping goes deeper).
I've had KOs before....only complaint was gravel chewed them up.We will see on these.

I looked at the Nokians.....not aggressive looking enough for me,price was just as much as the KO3s here.
I also 5hought about the Open countries.....but KO3s pulled me in.

Yeah, I really don’t understand.
I’ve ran BFGL terrain tires for like 30 years on one vehicle or another. I’ve always had. I’ve ran them on jeeps 2 Wheel Dr. trucks, four-wheel-drive trucks, I’ve never had any issues in snow or rain.

I'd love a Ranger Raptor too.....can't justify 85k C$ for it tho.🤪🤪
Everything is bat shit expensive.
yeah, my dad is from Canada. We still have a family up there. We hear quite often about the pricing of things in Canada.

I'd think KO3s would be far less than optimal in the temps you must see in Alberta. All season compounds and -40 don't often lend themsevles to optimal performance.
