Posting here in case someone else could use the info.
I have a 2023 F150 Lariat Powerboost with FX4.
Not all leveling kits will work with thr extra weight of the hybrid power train.
I installed Bilstein 6112 coilovers and 5160 rear shocks from ShockSurplus. The coil overs seem to be back ordered quite often so I had to wait a few weeks until were in stock. They sell a complete coilover so you don’t have to swap out your stock spring to the new damper. Went with Bilstein for the larger damper body size compared to the Fox 2.0. Circlip is set to the max setting which results in about a 1.8” lift with the Powerboost. Just under 0.5” of rake after the kit was installed.
I then fit a set of Method MR703 Beadgrip wheels in Titanium (17x8.5) with 0mm offset paired with LT285/75r15 BFG KO3s. Tires are 33.8” No rub at full lock while level. Tread just kisses the front crash bar when fully articulated and flexed.
The tread is just about flush with the fender but the sidewall pokes out for a conservative stance.
I corrected the tire size with Forscan so the gauges show accurately.
Let me know if you have questions about the setup.
