That out the door includes taxes and fees? I find that number from Granger very hard to believe. That's what you got back from Chip? Their price for me while not including taxes was I think 9k below MSRP. So even with taxes and fees there should be a 4-5k lower number off MSRP from Granger.
I also added the sale price vs. MSRP from Granger. Chip said to add $180 doc fee and $35 transit fee and NJ tax. So, I added a 6.625% tax to come to out the door number. Am I doing anything wrong?

Only the dealer can look up the rebates for which your truck will qualify. Mine had many which brought my price down quite a bit more than the out the door price. I'm sure others will chime in too.

I have all three quotes right in front of me. What would I need to double check?
Be careful with All American. They are big pressure on the extras when they get you in with finance. Granger does not do that. Read the fine print if you add any extra and if you finance through them. Buyer be ware.

Welp a friendly opinion…… I ordered a 24 XLT from Granger and my price was 9K cheaper than the bottom line window sticker MSRP. Looks like you are saving 2k OTD between AA and Granger. You can get a one way ticket from PHL to IA for about 200 bucks. You absolutely can get from IA to nj for less than 1800 and you get an adventure out of it. But you do you

I’m in NJ , all the dealers here suck , if I did buy near here it would be at Chapman in Northeast Philly but I’ve noticed that in Manassa VA at Ourisman they’re giving a pretty good discount on new 24 F150s , yeah it sucks its 3 hours away but they are the best deal around here
I can strongly recommend Ourisman Ford of Manassas. Bought my Lightning there in 2022. No games. Jason Clark was my salesman and he is a straight shooter.

Don't go crazy about the steep ladder, my friend has one and it makes the tailgate very heavy to open and close, also it not helpful when loading large items. I added an Amp bumper step, and it works great for this old man. ?

I added the amp step as well.
I had my 2011 for 12 years with tailgate step and while I used it the tailgate was always heavy.
I'm happy how lightweight the tailgate is on my current truck without a step inside.

I absolutely love that step, it's really solid and rated for 300 lbs. Lol, my biggest problem was admitting I need help getting into the bed of my truck. I'm 6 foot, and thought I didn't need it. But I'm not a 30 year old anymore either, I'm 60. 3 years ago I twisted the shit out of my back unloading a cooler at our vacation house in South Carolina. I was hurting for 3 days the wife was pissed! So I got over my ego and put the step on. Took the shit from the guys at work, but guess what now they have them to!

Ford is now using something similar with the pro access tailgate, a swear it looks look Amp is the supplier of it.

I'd tell them to take a hike and thank them for the quote and go else where. I tried to work with them when I bought my wife's car. I walked out and went to another dealer. They called me every day for a month to get me to come back. I did not.

Oh he already told me I could take my business elsewhere if I don't agree to his price. Been acting high and mighty.

I live 15 minutes away from All American Ford in Paramus and I’ve been taking my truck to them for all recalls and warranty issues. However, they still think I lied to them about how much I paid for my truck at Granger. Back in 2022, they were adding $3,000-5,000 over msrp + some dealer add ons. I contacted many dealers in tri states and ended up ordering my 23 XLT PB from Granger. My truck’s msrp was $65k and my price after 3% off invoice, $2,000rebate from Ford credit and $1,000 deposit I made was around $56k including dealer fee, etc(I paid the sales tax in cash when I registered it in NJ).
All American laughed when I showed them Granger’s quote as they thought I made it up. All I had to do was tell Chip at Granger what I want and he gave me the final price via email. I paid $1,000 deposit then my truck was ready after two month wait. I flew to Iowa and Chip picked me up at the airport. I was only at Granger for about 5-10 minutes as all paper works were done electronically and headed back home right away. It can’t get any easier than this when buying a car/truck.
