  1. Roof Rack options

Sorry, I don't have a recommendation for you on your initial question but am curious how you've made out with the Adarac bed rack with your tent on it?
  2. How much is your truck payment?

I wish! When I got mine from Granger Ford was only doing 3 year 0%. My payment is more than the rent on my last 2br apartment before I bought my house. Happy to be finishing my payments a few months early though!
  3. Incessant Clunking from Rear Suspension

I get this noise but in the front. Very annoying.
  4. Maxzina- Upgraded Black Trail Guide Rail System

    Possible for 6.5' bed?
  5. Maxzina-Rear Window Vents Available Now!

Very cool if you can fit in the back seat to sleep!
  6. Brake pedal pad too slippery

Happy to help. I've been there. If you would, let me know if any of those ideas work for you. If they do, that might be motivation enough for me to get those jobs done for myself!
  7. Brake pedal pad too slippery

Between using a weed whacker for hours every day and driving my 2021 regular cab, it had me almost crippled. I needed to be able to recline the seat back more than I ever would've thought. Nice to find that out on my first 2 hour trip with that truck brand new. Try lowering the seat all the...
  8. Brake pedal pad too slippery

I searched far and wide for a pedal cover that did what I wanted and found nothing. I figured raising my foot was easier than lowering the pedal. Hitting the corner of the brake pedal is nothing new. That's where they're all worn
  9. Brake pedal pad too slippery

That's my exact issue. Don't worry, there are solutions that won't be super expensive. I've looked at add on arm rest pads with a rigid backing that are intended for your left elbow. Some have adhesive backing and you could install it where your right knee touches the console. That's one issue...
  10. Brake pedal pad too slippery

I'm not a small guy, over 6' and wear a size 12 shoe and it's not that great for me. I'm not sure how anyone smaller can make it work without floating their feet while driving. Which, as I came to find out, my wife's foot never makes contact with the floor when she's braking in any car...
  11. Brake pedal pad too slippery

I never got around to fully implementing it. I just got so far as to put the wood under where my foot sits and drove around the block. Really seemed like it would work. Another thought I had was taking it to a welder and have him pull the brake pedal assembly, cut the pedal pad off and redo the...
  12. Brake pedal pad too slippery

I was thinking of making a block out of 2x6, gluing carpet to the top. Then remove the floor mat, screwing up thru the mat and reinstalling it. Shouldn't move then. I put a scrap piece of 2x4 under where my foot rests and that seemed to make a big difference in my pedal "attack angle". Won't...
  13. Brake pedal pad too slippery

I have already made use of this adjustment and find minimal improvement. It only moves the pedal back and forth relative to the gas pedal. Not up and down. What is your main complaint with the pedals? I've come up with a few ideas... Maybe we can keep you in this truck?
  14. Brake pedal pad too slippery

Happy to help any way I can! I am used to it to the point where I'm not in pain but I don't take many long trips. I had a 2021 regular cab which i traded in for a 2023 crew cab with adaptive cruise which is crucial for my bum right knee when I do take long trips with my truck. The...
  15. Brake pedal pad too slippery

No viable solution. Looked at pedal pads etc. Nothing that seemed sturdy enough. Sorry
  16. Snow Wheels/tires recommendation for '24 King Ranch

This is something I thought to be true as well. My truck is a Max Tow PB and I was underneath it yesterday and noticed that the spare is on a 17" rim. What gives? Can anyone confirm fitment of 17" wheels on a max tow?
  17. Granger Ford – Passing of Chip Giles

What a great guy to deal with. This is terrible news for all. Wishing the best for his family and everyone at Granger.
  18. XLT thread, because an XLT is the very BEST way to order a F150. Everyone agrees.

That much I'll agree with. After the wife drives my truck I'm like a fidgety child with the seat controls
  19. XLT thread, because an XLT is the very BEST way to order a F150. Everyone agrees.

I love my XLT. I got the PB for the generator which, given my schedule, gets used for camping less than I'd like. Mine has nearly every option but the sunroof and was more expensive than most Lariats I saw in stock. The 10 way seats are a must for my aging back and the adaptive cruise was a...
