Dealer has updated a bunch of things apparently. Said it took 10hours, replaced some GPS splitter cable but still no NavHi thanks I've tried that to no avail. Might have to call dealer.

Interested also@ryanpharris83 I got some files from Jesse while I was on vacation to try and fix your nav issue. PM me your email so I can send them to you along with instructions.
I don't think it worked. He stopped making this files because they don't work like they used to. I can ask for you next week, but I would need your VIN to see if he can make them for your case. Is it this same update that's failing?Interested also
I received the files and followed instructions but it would always fail to update thru the usb. The dealership has part swapped multiple GPS parts and are now saying they will replace the APIM. I believe it is just some corrupted files from an update but that's what they want to do .I don't think it worked. He stopped making this files because they don't work like they used to.
