I received the files and followed instructions but it would always fail to update thru the usb. The dealership has part swapped multiple GPS parts and are now saying they will replace the APIM. I believe it is just some corrupted files from an update but that's what they want to do .

Yes it is to do with my NAV not loading it basically just is always stuck on loading since I recieved 4.2.4, last night I did get 4.3.4 so the backup camera is working again

Called Ford, according to them they say everything looks fine software wise. So they advised diag at dealership to see if it's a hardware issue.

Yes just recieved 4.2.4, this morning. Didn't fix anything. Tried reset, pulling Apim fuse. Even disconnecting battery. Everything else works but I paid for the navigation. Tried cycling connected services. I paid subscription so it sucks it doesn't work. I use AA anyway but still...
