My FORScan mods on 2025 KR

I just spent a few hours with FORScan on my 2025 KR. I hadn't seen much info of people making FORScan changes on 2025's, so I thought I'd share my experience in case it's helpful to anyone.

Here are the mods I was able to do:
- Fogs on when high beams are on (aka Bambi Mode)
- Disable driver & passenger seatbelt chime
- Disable door ajar chime
- Disable key-in ignition chime
- DRLs - set to 75% brightness
- DRLs - include parking lights
- DRLs - allow fog lights
- Disable Fake Engine Noise
- Enable Climate Bar at the bottom of Sync screen
- Enable Heated Steering Wheel on climate bar
- Enable Cooled and/or Heated seats to climate bar
- Change Battery SOC to 90%

I tried and wasn't able to get the following to work:
- Global Windows Open / Close

I did NOT do the following
- Double Horn Honk Disable (My truck didn't do this)
- Glare Free Lights (I believe this isn't available since 2024)

Any other suggestions for things to update with FORScan?

A couple questions, one, which engine do you have(for the fake engine noise)

Two, can you get a pic of what the climate bar looks like on the Synch screen after you made the changes? Wondering if it’s something I would want to add.

I know on my '23 to get the climate bar you had to enable unreal theme.

On my '23, global windows would only do the driver and passenger. My '18 would do all 4.

I'm driving a '25 loaner for the past 5 weeks while my '22 is in the shop. It's a Lariat 501A.

You can disable the honk when you exit with the keys in the Sync settings now, maybe yours is already set to Off. It also has global windows, I'm pretty sure it's just the fronts though.

I have the powerboost.

I live in Central Illinois and rarely turn my brights on. To the point I can count the number of times I've used them on one hand. And I still get flashed 2-4 times every time I drive my truck at night. I've never turned on the fogs.

Can confirm that on my '24 XLT it comes with global windows enabled from factory, however it's only front two. My guess is it's likely the same software between the CC and the RC, meaning it only enables the two front windows regardless. Haven't found a way to get it to do all 4 yet.

I will have to give that a shot. So as far as the “fake engine noise”, is that more than the backing noise? I’ve heard some sound when in all electric, wasn’t sure how much of that was artificial.

There is both the backup beep, and the UFO sound when going under 20mph. The item referenced is just for the 20mph UFO sound I believe.

My 24 super duty I picked up in Jan
Unreal was already enabled
But climate stuff was not on lower screen, it is now
Plus the honk on exit was a toggle in settings
And running boards have an extended timer to stay out for 5 minutes if truck is off...but not locked

I drove 2 hours this morning for work in my truck and got flashed 5 times and never once had my brights on.
