    Mine is the same (‘24 with the original tires) and it rubs on the front wheel wheel liner. Like I said, you can take a heat gun to nold it back and that solves the issue. If you want I can send pictures later of the area that was warped out and rubbing

    Same thing on my ‘24. The wheel well liner plastic piece had warped outwards or something, took a heat gun to it to warm it up a little and shape it away from the tire. Seems to have fixed it.

    On the non-4a trucks it stops spinning, however I'm pretty sure that with 4a the whole front driveline still spins.

    Intersting, I don’t see why there would be a need for IWEs if the front end is still spinning. The whole point is so that when in 2H the transfer case and IWEs can be disconnected and leave the front driveline motionless. I wonder if they’re true IWEs like on the non-4A transfer case, or if...

    Something worth noting, if your truck has 4A it doesn’t have IWEs in most cases. When Ford implemented the 4A transfer case, they removed the IWEs and instead the front driveline is always spinning even when in 2H. This is why you’ll find a lot of people on here recommending early/often...

    I'd always run full synthetic, there's no real benefits to running regular during break in other than slight increased wear. Synthetic oil is pretty much always better.

    Do it at 1000, then 5000, then every 5000 after that. That'll give you a nice number to work off of (just doing it every multiple of 5)
  18. Failed IPC Updated

    Seems like we had the same issue as there. However, we just disconnected the battery and then we're able to reconfigure the IPC and complete the update process. Definitely agree and think there's some bug with that update.
