Start up/exterior. Sounds better in person. Honestly could have went with a bit quieter muffler and been happy, but I'm more of a magnaflow guy than flowmaster anyways.

Thanks Casey ! On video it doesn’t seem that much louder than stock, definitely a deeper tone though. I’m sure in person it’s a lot different. Were they able to reuse the tailpipe ?

How are you liking it so far ? I haven’t put mine on yet, haven’t had the time. Just took my truck on a 6 hour trip to the cottage and sometimes I sure do enjoy how silent the truck is while cruising on the highway.

Happy I did it. Little to no noise on highway. Hear a very low rumble but not much.

Any change in sound since you’ve had It installed ? I just got mine on today, you were right … definitely louder than stock, videos don’t give the full picture. I was surprised how loud it is inside the cab, mine is 3” in and out. I’ll see how it is over the next couple weeks but may even go back to the stock muffler lol

I don't think it gets quieter but you get more used to it. I don't notice it as much now as when I first got.

Yea, this is my first muffler that isn’t stock so my ears don’t really know what to listen for, not sure what is drone and what isn’t drone. I’m going to run with it for a couple weeks, if I dont like it I’ll maybe install a baffle to quiet it down or just go back to the stock

If you want more of a Borla s type sound the pro XR series is more aggressive than the XS, but not overly loud either
Man that sounds absolutely perfect, I don’t have a huge budget but would like to hear a little bit more of that V8!!

Able to reuse stock tailpipe.

Do you have a picture you can share of the finished product?

I thought the problem with trying to reuse the factory tail pipe is the almost immediate curve it takes leaving the muffler. Pic is from another member/post.
