The ProXS option offers a sound level that can be described as between Touring and S-Type. However, it is not designed to be tuned for any vehicle in particular. They can certainly compliment many different vehicle they can be applied to

Very helpful- what about the XR? Wonder if that makes it louder than the s-type

Corsa doesn't sell just the muffler that's a direct swap as far as I know

they don’t. universal fit will require modifications.

The problem is, if you end up with drone, you just wasted a lot of money toward getting the fully designed system.

in a big cab like that it’ll rattle your brain

Pulled the trigger on the Borla ProXS 3in inlet/outlet part #40359. Will post a video once installed. Really liking the borla sound from all the videos I have seen and this seems to be just a bit louder than touring. Coming from a spintech on my tundra so seems like it will be much quieter but still have that tone I'm after.

I can't help with the muffler, but I will say that a good muffler shop will generally outdo a kit in terms of your time, cost, and usually quality as well. Corsa and Borla have slightly cleaner mandrel bends, but most muffler shops are equal if not very close. Furthermore, the shop is gonna weld it all up vs a bunch of clamps.

Very pleased with the sound. Much deeper tone and volume is really good. Not obnoxious at all. If anyone knows how to throw up a video I can share.

I have a Corsa Sport exhaust stock exit location and CD is hardly noticeable to me, and the exhaust sounds perfect. The kit for our trucks deletes the resonator as well. I’d contact Corsa and see what muffler they offer that is similar to the one on their sport kits for our trucks. Any muffler shop worth a darn can put it on for you.

Good choice.
We put the same XR-1 on my sons 2017 f150 5.0. I think they sound great. Mom and sister dont complain when we all ride together…so thats a bonus.
