A couple of weeks ago I brought my 2021 xlt in for a minor repair. The rubber, called a cowl, not sure on the spelling had a raised area near my antenna. They ordered a new cowl and I now have the same thing. Service said it was a loopty loo, not kidding and it happens on all the trucks and there was nothing more they could do. So why did they replace it in the first place? Anyway, wondering if anyone else has this and did they get it fixed? Repaired pic attached.

Yup, got the same thing on my 70k truck. Noticed it on the first day I got it but hasn't really bothered me....yet!

That cowl is incredibly thin, light and flexible right there. I was just gonna fix it somehow. Like a tiny dab of JB weld epoxy under it on the edge there to just hold it down. It wouldn’t take much at all.

Every couple weeks I notice it again and push it back down. I’m sure it pops back up instantly but it doesn’t bother me enough to bring it up to the dealer.

Yes it's not a big deal but for all that money it shouldn't happen

Carry over from 2021. Common flaw and see it on new 2022 trucks on the lot too. No clue why ford don't make changes to bury this unsightly problem. White discolorations in those areas as well.

Mine does it as well but not as pronounced as some. Looks a little funky on the drivers side too. But the plastic there is so thin and flexible it doesn't surprise me.

All you folks that notice this and do nothing are not helping.

Ford does not know there is an issue if no on reports it. They will not attempt to resolve if they dont know its a problem.

I think everyone needs to bring this up to dealer and get the service writer to enter into the system.
Even if nothing is fixed right away.

Once there are enough reports or cases entered, something will be looked at.
