Lease payment not pulled?

Hello all,

I picked up the truck on sept 15, lease payment was supposed to pull on the 30th according to my paperwork but was never pulled, emailed the dealer a week ago and said they would get back to me but didn't, called ford credit and said they cant find my account.

Is this normal or do they pull a month after pickup?

Might not be funded yet by Ford Credit. Dealer issue, not Ford. If you signed on the 15th, your next payment would be 30 days from then. Don't spend the money because they'll come calling sooner or later looking for it

Not a lease, but I closed on my truck on 9/14. I won't make a payment until 10/29.

This happened to a friend of mine with Toyota. Someone royally effed up and 2 months in he got a pick slip in the mail and a free Tacoma hahahahahah

Mine was not a lease but it took like 7 weeks for my first payment to show up. I wouldn’t worry too much

I leased my 2024 on July 8th but it took them 2 weeks to process in the Ford system and another 10 days for Ford Credit to have my account. I made the first payment by phone on the due date.

Two weeks later I was finally able to set up autopayments as I have for years on all my leases.

Depends on your payment frequency. You pay first payment in delivery and then pulled after… a month in my case as I pay monthly.

Kinda regret it… should bought out my old lease for half the price haha

Thanks for all the answers, my frequency is bi-weekly, ill start to get concerned if we hit November and still no payments lol

You make lease payments every two weeks? I didn't know you could do that.

This happened to my wife in August. We're in Southern Ontario. Dealers just switched to a new system for Ford Credit and they were having a hell of the time clearing the lien on her old car and getting her payments going. She had days where Ford didn't withdraw payments they were supposed to, and days where they drew payments they weren't supposed to.

They found me with no problems. Must have been the 0% interest rate with 100% financing on the entire purchase price..

Update - just finished talking to ford credit, they received dealer paperwork on oct 10 , almost 4 weeks after pickup.

I have *never* told either my high school or college when I've moved, but they always find me in a month or two . . .
