When I took delivery of my 2022 Platinum that unexpectedly had deleted LED Box-Lighting Jesse helped me out with guidance and programming....dealership where I purchased the truck in Dallas was no help and mentioned it would be over a grand for them to try and install the lights.

I have never met Jesse, but we have chatted in this group and also on DM. I did a update with a mongoose that I barrow. The Dealership said there was NO updates to do. When I chatted with Jesse he showed me about 6 or 7 that needed to be done. So with the mongoose I did the updates, but I could not update one of them. Kept trying but nothing. Made a post and Jesse DM me. He said that I needed another file to do the update. He sent me the File so that I could upload into my Truck with all the Step by Step directions. Everything worked well after I upload that file. Then I updated the one that would no update. He is Amazing. If I ever get out his way, I will stop by and purchase him and his family a Dinner. Thank you Jesse.

It is truly sad and pathetic how worthless Ford dealerships and service departments are these days. I am brining my truck in on Friday and have zero hope they will be able to update my truck. The amount of money we spend on these trucks and they are not even competent enough to figure out how to update them.

I have been told my truck has not been updated in the 2 years I have owned it and it is "stuck" and like I said zero chance the dealership will have a clue how to fix it.

Mine was stuck (looks like 1 or 2 years). I got the dealership to finally update it (but i don't think it is truly up to date. It is a few versions newer. Ughhh!
