I’m at the tail end of a 2500 mile trip almost completely towing a 7500 lbs trailer. BluePilot makes a world of difference. I have encountered something new. Three times the Comma began to beep as if I were distracted and kept doing it even though I was plainly looking at the road as usual. It would not stop until it shut off the BluePilot. Even sliding the unit out of its sliding mount and plugging it back end would not cure the problem. It would eventually come back to normal. No idea why. It happened three times. Otherwise it was wonderful.

Sounds like a corrupted install, or a hardware failure might be starting to set in. When you get home I would do a full factory reset to try and clean up any corrupted disk segments.

Finally installed the comma and Blue Pilot 4.0 FOF model. It was a bit of pain updating the comma firmware and get the latest stable released Blue Pilot installed on the hardware.(OP Guidance at first page and his videos helped a ton) Further, it has been a breeze to cruise on highways, stopped and go city traffic since.. I suggest everyone to get the latest mount which makes things so much easier. I wonder if the slider area on the mount can glow in the dark ? It is a very minor thing but I found it difficult to catch the slider groove in dark. Thanks again.

It won't take long and you will develop some muscle memory to be able to dock it in the dark.

Anyone know if there is work being done to allow 2024 and 2025 models with comma ai? Or will that never happen?

There is one guy sort of working on it, but he is a college student and to be honest cracking TRON would just be a side effect of his final goal. It's a long shot.

I’m back on WiFi now and need to do a full factory reset but find no button for that. I found uninstall SunnyPilot but no factory reset. I suppose after a factory reset that I reinstall SunnyPilot and BluePilot? Anything else I need to do?

Yes, just uninstall sunnypilot

then when it reboots enter the BluePilot URL.
