Hmm...no tablets or laptops, but my cell phone is often mounted just several inches away from the C3x. I'll try relocating it to the other side of the windshield.
FWIW my daughter mentioned DM was complaining last night when she drove my truck. So it's possible Comma did push through a buggy version of DM. If we can validate this with a little more feedback, then I will try to figure out how to roll back DM to the previous version.

The radar is most likely related to the rain, the DM is completely unrelated to the radar.

I would suspect either a dirty camera , or something interfering with tbr IR camera. Any tablets or laptops in use at night?
I've searched and can't find what DM means...all I find is Direct Message, but obviously that isn't what you mean.

Any Jacksonville area owners able to give a Lightning owner a ride-along so he can experience the Comma3x? If so please send me a DM

Night drive went off without any DM issues. I have my iphone mounted on the dash just right of the steering wheel. I had brightness fully up and tried it turned off, but it didnt make a difference either way.

@PNGento Only thing I can think of is maybe you werent in the car/seat looking ahead when the comma booted up? It calibrates to your position when it first starts. I've noticed if I plug it in, but dont get in the car that I will get more Pay Attention type errors, than when I am seated when it boots up.

I don't recall what my position was when I started, but will keep this in mind for the future. I haven't had a night drive since that first. I may just head out for a test drive soon. I need to find a good place to mount my phone.

An Orlando area owner would work as well. The interested individual travels there a few times a month.

I'm not sure if I'm asking this in the right place. I have a 2023 F-150 with the Comma 3X and v4.0 of BluePilot with the FoF model LD. This thing is amazing. I was hoping to use it to pull my RV the other day. When I got over 40 mph, the steering adjustments induced sway. There were constant small corrections that caused the RV to wag. I had to go to off road mode. I've heard that FrogPilot works well with trailers, but I'd rather not reload software whenever I decide I want to tow. Are there any other models or settings I could try to minimize these corrections?
Thanks

I pull a 7500 lbs travel trailer with 3x and 4.0 and it works great—as long as I don’t have advanced lateral lane positioning active. Then I get a slow four second ping pong.

Is that enabled by default? This is a new installation.

Mine was not. I enabled it then, as I realized what it was doing, disabled it. Otherwise 4.0 is great with towing.

Do you have a weight distributing hitch? Pulling a trailer is as much a physics problem as it is a software problem. If the weight balance is right, we can tune it. But if there isn't enough weight on the front ties, it will cause ping pong.

Yes, I have a weight distribution hitch. It's a Weigh Safe and I can dial it in via an app. I have to be very careful not to overcorrect when driving manually or it's the tail wagging the dog.
